1. Shortlist a recognised institution and programme.
2. Confirm how the Uzbek qualification is assessed and prepare translations.
3. Submit the admission application and satisfy any academic or language conditions.
4. Accept the offer, pay any required deposit and obtain the institution documents needed for immigration.
5. Apply for the national long-stay visa or residence route required for the course, then complete the residence-permit process in Malta where applicable.
6. Arrange accommodation, insurance and all post-arrival registration steps.
