Admissions
Bachelor applicants may need homologación of the Uzbek school qualification to the Spanish Bachillerato and, depending on the university, UNEDasiss accreditation or subject exams. Master's admission is handled by the university. Spanish or English proficiency and legalised translations are required.

Complete qualification recognition or UNEDasiss where required, obtain admission and apply for the long-stay study visa or authorisation. 6. Arrange accommodation, insurance and all post-arrival registration steps.
Visa from Uzbekistan
Uzbek citizens need a long-stay study visa or authorisation for programmes longer than 90 days. Admission, funds, compliant insurance, criminal record, medical certificate and legalised translations may be required depending on duration.

Financial evidence
Show 100% of the current monthly IPREM for the student, with additional percentages for family members. Current consular guidance commonly uses EUR 600 per month; prepaid accommodation may reduce the amount in situations allowed by the rules.
Work and post-study opportunities
Work must not conflict with study. The exact authorisation depends on the study category, and regulated professions or self-employment require additional compliance.
Eligible graduates may receive a non-renewable 24-month job-search or business permit; it does not itself authorise work.
Student life
Options include university residences, student flats, homestays and private rentals. Visa-compliant private health insurance is normally required; after moving to an eligible work or social-security status, coverage can change.
Climate and packing
Spain's climate varies: Mediterranean coasts have hot, dry summers; the central plateau has hotter summers and colder winters; the north is cooler and wetter; mountain areas receive snow.
