1. SAMI materials
Unless stated otherwise, SAMI-SM MCHJ owns or is licensed to use the website design, original text, graphics, databases, software, videos, photographs, documents, forms, and other materials published by SAMI. These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, database, unfair-competition, and other intellectual-property laws.
2. Limited personal use
You may view, download, or print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial study and application purposes. You must keep copyright and source notices intact.
You may not reproduce, republish, translate for publication, modify, sell, license, distribute, scrape at scale, create a competing database from, or commercially exploit SAMI materials without prior written permission, except where law expressly permits.
3. SAMI name and branding
SAMI names, logos, visual identity, slogans, and domain names may be trademarks or protected commercial identifiers. No right to use them is granted by access to the website. Partners may use approved brand assets only under their written agreement and current brand guidance.
4. Third-party materials
University, school, government, accreditation, social-media, and provider names, logos, photographs, brochures, and other materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification or under permission and does not transfer ownership to SAMI.
5. User submissions
You retain ownership of documents and original material you upload. You grant SAMI a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, format, transmit, and otherwise use that material only as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, secure the system, comply with law, and keep required records.
You must have the right to provide the material and must not upload content that infringes another person’s rights.
6. Copyright concerns
If you believe material published by SAMI infringes your rights, email info@sami.uz with your identity and contact details, the protected work, the exact SAMI URL or material, the reason for the claim, evidence of ownership or authority, and the remedy requested.
We may temporarily remove or restrict disputed material while investigating. Knowingly false claims may create legal responsibility.
7. Permission requests
Requests to reproduce SAMI material should identify the material, intended use, audience, format, territory, and duration. Permission is not granted unless confirmed in writing.
