Students should verify important information, read offer and provider terms, assess affordability and suitability, and seek regulated professional advice where needed. Choosing a programme, paying a deposit, applying for a visa, and travelling remain the student’s decisions.
9. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduces a mandatory consumer right. The applicable signed agreement defines the specific SAMI service and responsibility.
