1. Why third parties are used

SAMI uses independent organisations to deliver international education services and operate its website and portal. This notice explains common categories. It should be read with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and the third party’s own terms.

2. Universities and education providers

Universities, colleges, schools, pathway providers, scholarship bodies, testing organisations, and admissions partners independently control their entry requirements, decisions, fees, deadlines, systems, and privacy practices. Information submitted to them is handled under their own notices and applicable law.

3. Visa, government, and application-support providers

Embassies, consulates, visa centres, government agencies, translation and certification providers, couriers, insurers, accommodation providers, travel providers, and authorised immigration professionals may receive information or payment where needed for a student’s selected process.

SAMI does not control their decisions or processing times.

4. Technology and communications providers

We may use providers for cloud hosting, databases, storage, cybersecurity, email, SMS, telephony, customer support, document processing, electronic signatures, analytics, and AI-assisted tools. They may process limited information on SAMI’s instructions under contractual and security requirements, or act independently where their service determines the purpose and means.

5. Payments

Payment providers, banks, and accounting services may process payer identity, transaction reference, amount, currency, device, fraud, and payment information. Their security and refund rules apply. SAMI does not intentionally receive or store full card credentials when a hosted payment provider collects them.

6. Analytics and advertising

Subject to required consent, SAMI may use:

  • Google Analytics for website measurement;
  • Google Ads for conversion measurement and remarketing;
  • Meta/Facebook Pixel for campaign measurement and audiences;
  • Microsoft Clarity for interaction and usability analytics; and
  • social-media, referral, or campaign tools connected to a SAMI advert or page.

These providers may process identifiers, browser and device information, referrals, interactions, and approximate location, and may make international transfers. Use the website cookie controls and provider preference tools to manage optional tracking.

7. Links and embedded content

A link, map, video, social post, badge, widget, or embedded form can send technical information to its provider when loaded or used. Leaving SAMI’s website means the destination’s terms and privacy notice apply.

8. No endorsement or guarantee

Listing or linking a provider does not guarantee its availability, quality, security, price, decision, or result. A commercial or referral relationship will be managed under applicable disclosure and consumer-protection requirements.

9. International data transfers

Education and technology providers may be located outside Uzbekistan and outside the student’s country. SAMI uses the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy where EU GDPR, UK GDPR, Uzbekistan law, or another applicable law requires them.

10. Current provider information

Providers can change as services and technology evolve. Contact info@sami.uz if you want information about the categories of recipients relevant to your application or, where the law gives that right, the specific recipients of your personal information.
